Evil the Cat was born with out a heart. He lives on the planet, Heck, and rules with an iron paw. He is vile and sinister and makes people listen to ELEVATOR MUSIC!!!! Henchrat is Evil the Cat's lackey. He does what ever his master says. Henchrat has armor made from Super Cheese that is a match from Jim's Super Suit. Evil the Cat uses his brain(and henchrat) to try to defeat Earthworm Jim!
